At Joe Jackets, we work to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Handling Time
The handling time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and US holidays, begin processing the next business day.

- United States – Standard Shipping: $20.00 flat rate
- United States – Express Shipping: $25.00 flat rate

These rates apply to every order regardless of order value. We do not currently offer free shipping. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before payment.

The estimated delivery window is shown with each shipping option at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders use the international flat shipping rates shown below, and the exact cost and estimated delivery window are shown with each shipping option at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary due to local postal services and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Joe Jackets has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the first carrier scan. If you have any trouble tracking your package, contact us at contact@joejackets.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@joejackets.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item before handling it further, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Joe Jackets is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@joejackets.com. We can only update an address if the order has not yet been shipped.
