Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In the same condition you received it
- With all original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items or anything marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@joejackets.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Domestic Returns (United States)
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at contact@joejackets.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply within 1-2 business days to approve your return.
- Pack the item in its original condition and ship it with a trackable carrier of your choice to: Joe Jackets Returns, 6 Hillside Terrace, White Plains, NY 10601, USA. Please include your order number inside the package.
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you and issue your refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in international transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you within 3 business days to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately on delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@joejackets.com with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
